The parent body for conducting Chess tournaments in the district of Ernakulam. Ernakulam Chess Association(ECA) is an affiliate of the Chess Association Kerala(CAK). ECA is responsible for conducting tournaments, selection and supporting Chess players for State level and Nationals in all age group & senior categories, promoting Chess in Ernakulam district and for co-ordinating Chess activities and tournaments through out the district.
